I am a relationship therapist working with couples, individuals and other adult relationships. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Couples Therapy from the JFK School of Psychology and Social Sciences at National University. Earlier in my career, I spent 30 years working as a business lawyer and corporate executive in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. I received my bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and my law degree from Harvard Law School.

 I specialize in working with couples and other adult relationships. My approach to relational therapy is based on Gottman Method Therapy, and integrates elements of Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Therapy and am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), and Chicago Kink and Poly Aware Counselors and Therapists (KPACT).

 I believe strongly in the capacity of people to learn, grow and change, regardless of their age or circumstances. My job as a therapist is to help support you and collaborate with you as you take the steps that will lead to the changes you want to achieve.
