About Me
I am compassionate, open minded, and strive to facilitate a safe space where my clients can be vulnerable and explore their growth areas. I am both direct and collaborative with my clients, and I often utilize CBT and psychoanalysis with the “here and now” to identify and address inimical patterns of behavior. I aim to provide my clients with skills and insights that allow them to thrive and be resilient well beyond our sessions and the course of therapy.
I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of clinical settings including social service agencies, therapy clinics, and residential treatment centers. My work has ranged from helping individuals implement emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills into their daily lives to group therapy for adults struggling with addiction.
- Insurance : I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO.
- Education : I earned my Master's of Education in Community Counseling at Loyola University Chicago. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in sociology and photography.
