I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been practicing for 10+ years working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples. Growing up in Deerfield, IL, I was excited to finish my education and bring my practice to the area I grew up in. Before joining AiC, I gained experience at The Josselyn Center and became a clinician at Compass Health Center, working in their Young Adult and Adult Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

I specialize in working with the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, emotional regulation, and navigating relationship challenges and life transitions. As I have continued to develop as a clinician and as a mother myself, I have received additional training to support the treatment of perinatal and postpartum mental health.

My style is warm and empathetic focused on creating a safe, trusting space to meet clients where they are at in their process. I incorporate a mind-and-body connection to help clients achieve a sense of wholeness and restore a sense of well-being. My goal is to empower clients so they gain self-insight into relational patterns, enhance self-esteem and better manage various stressors in their lives. Through our work together, clients find meaning in their struggles and gain understanding of themselves and their relationships.
