My international background and training at Northwestern University have provided a unique foundation and training to aid you with your needs. I assess your concerns from a holistic lens, factoring in your history, physiological experiences, thoughts, emotions, relationships, work, culture, strengths, and future goals. Our work together is done collaboratively and creatively to empower and stretch you toward your goals. I often utilize non-traditional approaches such as somatic interventions, art therapy, and other creative tools that go above and beyond the classic “talk therapy.” My passion for non-traditional approaches developed from my own unique cultural upbringing and desire to support diverse communities.
