I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual therapy in Northbrook. My main clinical concentration is with adolescents and adults. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, and I utilize a collaborative and here-and-now philosophy with clients to help them live their truest and ideal self. I primarily bring a client-centered approach to therapy.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, I relocated to Highland Park, Illinois  during high school and graduated from Chicagoland Jewish High School (now Rochelle Zell Jewish High School). While at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I completed my internship training at The Schools Group, providing individual therapy for students in kindergarten through eighth grade within the Chicago Public School System.

I believe that the most important element when entering therapy is the relationship held within the shared space. I have found in my work that no matter the life situations that one experiences, by being empathic, open-minded and my true self, there is an innate ability to foster connection and promote inner growth in all individuals.

• Insurance : Billing under the supervision of Nathan Dykes, I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO.
• Education : I received my Undergraduate Degree from Indiana University and my Master’s of Arts in Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in Children and Adolescents.
