About Me
My background is grounded in educational non-profits and working in public school districts with students to help achieve their educational, emotional, and personal goals. My experience in educational settings sparked my passion for working with adolescents and young adults which led me to pursue counseling as a full-time career.
In my work, I specialize in working with creatives, artists, and folks that identify as neurodivergent or have been diagnosed later in life as an adult. I know that finding confidence, communicating boundaries, and putting together intuitive routines can be a challenging part of figuring out this identity.
I believe that counseling is a collaborative relationship between client and therapist built on trust and empathy. I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamic therapies, which are my foundation. I also find myself using IFS (Internal Family Systems) interventions to guide sessions as well.
Through processing and empowerment, my hope is that you can find more stability and support in your life. Let’s start to advocate for the things you can change in your life and actively work towards accepting the things that you can’t.
