About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and provide individual therapy to kids through adults, specifically working with ages 10-30. I have worked with clients across the lifespan in community mental health and PHP/IOP settings.
Using an integrative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, I value work that invites growth in self-awareness, confidence, and compassion. Particularly specialized in supporting women, topics of expertise include women’s issues, body image, self-concept, anxiety, and depression. I also have a strong passion for supporting teens and young adults as they navigate such formational and transitional years.
Serving clients both big and little, I enjoy incorporating creativity, humor, and playfulness to create effective and meaningful sessions. My style is warm, relational, and focused, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and values. Believing that we are each intricately and wonderfully made, I truly desire for clients to feel deeply seen and known in our work together. As we collaborate, I look forward to celebrating growth, focusing on goals, and witnessing glimmers of hope throughout the therapeutic process. I’m excited to meet you!
