About Me
I believe we all want to feel safe, truly seen and accepted, and that we are enough, just as we are. I also believe we are most empowered when we feel comfortable in our skin, genuinely connected to others, aware of our purpose, and supported in navigating life’s inevitable challenges. By better understanding our habitual thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors, as well as how our families of origin and social realities shape our lives, we can access our innate wisdom which will allow us to heal, grow, and live a fully embodied life.
I help emerging adults, adults, parents/couples and families address anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relational challenges, shame, and self-doubt. Primarily, I help clients improve their self-awareness, self-compassion, and curiosity towards self and others. My approach to therapy is integrative, combining relational, psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness-based and IFS-informed approaches.
I’m committed to developing a nuanced understanding of you and I will always approach our work together with humility, compassion, curiosity and gentle humor. I strive to practice therapy in a holistic and culturally competent way; one that honors, celebrates, and seeks to understand your unique social identities and how these shape your life.
