Payment & Billing
We will submit claims for both in and out of network insurance providers. If your therapist is out of network, you may still be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company. See below for more details.
IN-NETWORK INSURANCE
If your clinician is in-network with your insurance plan:
- We will submit claims directly to your insurance company.
- After your claim is processed, any copay, coinsurance, or deductible balance will be charged to the credit card you have on file.
- To confirm your clinician’s insurance status, please refer to their individual bio.
BCBS PPO – Most of our clinicians are in-network providers with BCBS PPO insurance, including Blue Choice and Blue Select.
MEDICARE – A small number of our clinicians are in-network with Medicare, which includes (Original) Medicare and BCBS Medicare Advantage PPO plans only.

OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE
If your clinician is not in-network with your insurance plan, (including all HMO plans):
- You will be charged the full session fee based on your clinician’s rate. Please discuss their out-of-network rate directly with your clinician.
- As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your out-of-network insurance company, however, all subsequent communication—including any potential reimbursement—is strictly between the insurance company and the policyholder.
- Please refer to each clinician’s bio for details about their insurance status.
PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
- Every client is required to keep an up-to-date credit card on file.
- Clients can make payments at any time using our client portal; any outstanding balances will be charged to the card on file near the end of each month.
- Receipts for the last 90 days of services are available through the client portal. Requests for receipts for extended periods of time can be made by contacting the main office.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or missed with no advanced notice, will be charged the provider’s full session rate.
Charges for late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement and therefore are the sole responsibility of the client.
All cancellations/schedule changes should be communicated directly with your therapist, not the main office.
